- All-purpose flour
- Garam masala
- Organic baby corn
- Rice flour
- Chilli powder
- Organic Turmeric powder
- Hot oil
- Baking soda
- Boil the sliced organic baby corns in salted hot water and keep it aside
- Make the batter by mixing rice flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, water, turmeric, asafoetida, baking soda
- Heat oil in the container
- Wash the baby corns
- Dip the baby corns in the batter
- Deep fry it in hot oil
It would taste best when served with tomato sauce or chili sauce as the sauce would balance the taste.
