How to place an order online

Shopping your healthy grocery online was never so easy and hassle free, now all your healthy organic grocery can be at your doorstep through just a click!

  1. Visit the site http://www.organicgarden.co.in and select your city from the drop down list (Mumbai will be there by default)
  2. Browse through our numerous 100% certified organic food items.
  3. Select and add to your cart, (you can directly add the items from the main page as well as description page), our description page gives you all the valuable information you must know when buying organic products.
  4. Once your shopping is done, click on checkout button.
  5. You will be taken to your cart where in you shall be asked to either get registered (if you are new customer) or login (if you are a returning customer), you cancel this step as we don’t force you to get registered with us!
  6. We provide you three options for checkout; Loyalty (if you wish to become our loyalty member and pay through your loyalty amount) then click on “Join Loyalty”, COD (Applicable only for the customers from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane) & Checkout (Anyone from across India wish to pay through credit/Debit card and Net-banking) can click on this button.
  7. Once you click on any of the two checkout buttons (“Checkout”/”COD”) you shall be taken to our final cart page wherein you can see your total bill (Inclusive/exclusive of shipping charges as per our shipping T&C), also you have been provided with any voucher/coupon code you can enter it here and you will get designated discount on your total bill.   8. You provide us with your billing details here itself and click on “Create Account”.
  9. You can either select the check box for shipping address is same as billing in case you have to get your order at same address or else enter shipping address and then click checkout.
  10. Now you are on the payment page, select your mode of payment (Credit/Debit card, Net-banking, Amex etc.) and click on proceed. (Warning: don’t click on back button when the payment is being processed).
  11. You shall be directed to your bank’s page, enter your secure details and Voila! Your shopping is done.
How to track your order:
  1. Customers can track their consignment online
  2. As soon as the shopping process completes, the customer will get a confirmation email on the registered email id that will bear complete order details
  3. Once the consignment is shipped to the given shipping address, the consignment tracking number will be sent to the customer via email or SMS.
  4. Customers can track their order though our shipping partner’s FedEx (https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?action=track&cntry_code=in&lid=/Track/Track_Number) and/or Aramex (http://www.aramex.com/) websites.
  5. Customers can also see their order history details by logging in to our website.
