SAMA SEEDS PULAV Ingredients – 1. Organic Sama Seeds 2. Cumin seeds 3. Cardamoms 4. Cloves 5. Black peppers 6. Ginger 7. Curry leaves 8. Coriander leaves 9. Peanuts 10. Potatoes 11. Oil 12. Salt and lemon extract Recipe – 1. Wash the sama seeds in water and let them soak for 20-30 minutes 2. Roast the peanuts, powder them and then grind them well in grinder 3. Heat the container with oil 4. Add cumin seeds, cardamoms, cloves, ginger paste 5. Add potato, mustard seeds and curry leaves 6. Add peanut powder 7. Add the sama seeds in the container 8. Add some water and salt and pressure cooker it 9. Let it be for a sometime 10. Garnish with coriander leaves
