- Taking care of inbound, outbound calls and complaints of Customers
- Convince customer about the organic product.
- Able to work on under pressure and independently.
- Able to resolve customer issue quickly and in promptly.
- Chat with online customer about product, orders, product related issues, complaints, etc
- Check daily orders of website.
- Update the inventory of product.
- Co-ordinate with other team members (like Logistics, Sourcing and Warehouse).
- Able to do customer analysis and order analysis.
