Baby Corn Stir Fry

Monsoon is always equivalent to a good climate along with flavoursome stir fries (pakoras) of Onion, potato and chili but have you ever thought of baby corn?

Along with its balanced sweet taste the organic baby corn stir fry tastes just perfect. You can easily serve it with tomato or chili sauce.

INGREDIENTS –

All-purpose flour
Garam masala
Organic baby corn
Rice flour
Chilli powder
Organic Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
Hot oil
Baking soda
Salt
METHODOLOGY –

Boil the sliced organic baby corns in salted hot water and keep it aside
Make the batter by mixing rice flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, water, turmeric, asafoetida, baking soda
Heat oil in the container
Wash the baby corns
Dip the baby corns in the batter
Deep fry it in hot oil
It would taste best when served with tomato sauce or chili sauce as the sauce would balance the taste.
