Baby Corn Stir Fry


All-purpose flour
Garam masala
Organic baby corn
Rice flour
Chili powder
Organic Turmeric powder
Hot oil
Baking soda


1: Boil the sliced organic baby corns in salted hot water and keep it aside.
2: Make a batter by mixing rice flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, water, turmeric, asafoetida and baking soda
3: Heat oil in the vessel
4: Wash the baby corns
5: Dip the baby corns in the batter
6: Deep fry it in hot oil

TIP: It tastes best when served with tomato sauce or chili sauce as the sauce helps balance the taste.
