As the festive season is celebrated longer than a week, it becomes really difficult to control our barfi intake. Let’s try to make the barfi healthy by using a healthier ingredients like beet root.
Organic Beet roots
1:Peel off the cardamoms and powder them.
2:Take grated coconut and blend it with little water.
3:Add ghee and the grated coconut in a pan and let it heat.
4:Prepare a paste of the organic beet roots in the blender.
5:Add the blended paste to the mixture in the pan.
6:Add sugar and cardamom and mix it well.
7:Let it heat for some time and then refrigerate it for cooling.
8:Once cooled-down, you can make barfis by cutting it into cubes.
TIP: You can put cashews in each cube for an added flavor.
