Mango pulp : 2 bowls
Powdered sugar : as per taste
Wheat : 1 bowl
Maida : 1 Bowl
Baking powder : As per taste
Sugar : As per need
Dry Fruits : As per taste
Edible Oil : To deep fry the rocks
1: Make thick mango pulp by heating the pulp for a while in non-sticky pan.
2: As the pulp starts turning into a thick dove, add some powdered sugar and dry fruits into it and make a dove.
3: Wait until the dove becomes thick and cool.
4: Meanwhile, mix maida, wheat , and baking powder in a utensil and add some water into it.
5: Adding a spoonful of sugar will make the mango rocks crispy.
6: Now get the mango pulp dove and make small rounds from it.
7: Get them covered with the mixture and deep fry the rounds in edible oil, until they turn reddish brown on low flame.
TIP: Serve them hot and fresh.
