Soups are always delicious and healthy to consume. Mixed vegetable soup is always good as an evening snack or as an appetizer to your main course. There are several ways of making mixed vegetable soup and they can vary from household to household. Below is what we believe to be the most common way to make mixed vegetable soup.
Vegetables of your preference such as – Cabbage, carrot, french beans, sprouts, onion, spring onions and so on.
Black pepper and salt
1: Rinse and shred the cabbage
2: Chop the French beans, onions and garlic
3: Heat the pan and pour oil into it. Add onion and garlic and mix it well.
4: Add the chopped vegetables and mix them well
5: Add sprouts
6: Add water and soy sauce
7: Add a pinch of salt and black pepper
8: Let it cook for sometime
TIP: You can also serve it with boiled rice or noodles.
