Organic eggs come from poultry that is fed organic feed. Organic feed is grown without the use of GMO’s, pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. This feed is often grown by certified farmers. The hens are not caged and have a certain degree of outdoor access.

Choosing organic is more beneficial to your body as it contains more nutrients as compared to conventional and is better for your physical fitness.
