Ingredients – Sliced organic pineapples, sugar, fresh mint, cottage cheese, pomegranate seed
1. Take a bowl and add sliced organic pineapples, sugar, and mint. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls and top it with pineapple mixture and pomegranate seeds.
