Tomato rice
Ingredients – organic basmati rice (brown), fenugreek seeds, turmeric, tomatoes, chilli, sambar powder, salt, cilantro, peanuts
1. Soak the rice
2. Heat the saucepan with oil and add mustard seeds to it
3. Add peanuts and after few minutes add tomatoes, green chilli, turmeric powder and sambar masala
4. Let it cook for some time.
5. Add and water to it and let it cook for 18-20 minutes
6. Let it heat for sometime



Serving with yogurt can be best
